Spots are limited per show. The VIP kicks off approximately 1 hour before regular doors. Order with an email address you actively check — all details will be sent there 1–2 days before the show.

Does this include a concert ticket?
Nope — this is a VIP upgrade only. You'll need a separate regular ticket to get into the venue and attend the show.

When will I get the VIP details?
We'll send everything to your email 24 hours before the show. Make sure you use an address you actively check!

How do I receive my VIP items?
Everything is handed out in person at the VIP session — no postal shipping.

What if I miss the VIP session?
No stress — you can still pick up your items at the DOMINUM merch stand during the show.

What if I can't make it to the show at all?
We'd be sad to miss you! But heads up: if you can't attend the concert, we unfortunately can't arrange shipping of the items. So make sure you'll be there. 🤘

Is there an age restriction?
The VIP upgrade itself doesn't have one — but each venue sets its own house rules. Please check the age policy of your specific venue with them directly before the show, so there are no surprises on the night.
